Jersey Zhongwen Digital collects the information needed to run your account, save learning progress, provide support, and process purchases. This can include your email address, account identifiers, subscription status, saved progress, practice activity, and messages or audio you choose to submit to interactive practice features.

Some optional features use your microphone, camera, clipboard, or uploaded images only when you choose to use those tools. For example, speaking practice may send recorded audio for transcription, and OCR tools may process images you provide.

We use account data to authenticate you, restore access, sync progress across devices, unlock paid content, respond to support requests, and improve the learning experience.

Practice inputs may be sent to AI providers to generate feedback, transcription, or conversation responses. Do not submit sensitive personal information in practice prompts or recordings.

The app uses service providers for authentication, database hosting, payment and access handling, video and asset delivery, analytics for the web version, customer relationship management, and AI-powered practice features.

The App Store build disables third-party advertising and retargeting pixels. The web version may use marketing analytics to measure campaign performance.

You can delete your account from the Account screen in the app. Deleting your account removes the Clerk account and server-synced learning progress associated with that account. Local device data can also be cleared from the Account screen.

Some transaction records may be retained where required for tax, fraud prevention, chargeback, legal, or platform compliance reasons.
